STANFORD UNIVERSITY, Stanford, CA. Rank: Assistant Professor, tenure track, commencing Autumn Quarter, 2008. Four courses/year, all levels (quarter system); graduate and undergraduate advising; usual non-teaching duties. AOS: We invite applications from outstanding candidates specializing in any area of ethics, including practical ethics, metaethics, moral psychology, and systematic ethical theory. A candidate with suitable expertise and interest would be strongly encouraged to participate in our interdisciplinary Ethics in Society Honors Program. AOC: Open. Ph.D. prior to appointment.
